About Dr. Saad

Care that is individualized, practical and deeply human.

Dr. Saad-Younis founded Integrative Psychological Care to create a practice where people can receive thoughtful, evidence-based therapy without feeling reduced to a label or pushed into a one-size-fits-all plan.

She has practiced since 2012 and works with adolescents, adults, older adults, couples and families. Her style is collaborative and grounded: she helps clients understand what is happening, identify patterns and strengths, and build practical strategies that can be used outside the therapy room.

Behind the practice

Founder, head psychologist and clinical leader.

Dr. Saad-Younis leads the clinical direction of Integrative Psychological Care. She guides the practice’s shared standard of care, supports thoughtful clinician collaboration and helps ensure that every consultation and treatment experience remains clear, warm and individualized.

How she works

Collaborative, compassionate and goal-oriented.

Therapy begins with understanding the full picture: your history, current concerns, relationships, strengths, stressors and goals. Dr. Saad-Younis explains the purpose of the work clearly and adjusts the pace and methods as your needs change.

Her approach combines evidence-based tools with a person-centered understanding of the client's lived experience. The goal is not simply insight—it is meaningful change that feels useful in daily life.
