About therapist
A welcoming place to slow down and focus on what matters to you.
I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology and my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wayne State University. My experience in private practice and community mental health has allowed me to work with clients across different ages, backgrounds, relationships, and stages of life.
I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, overthinking, low self-esteem, trauma, grief, identity concerns, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I recognize that each person’s experiences are shaped by their relationships, culture, values, and personal history. You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy—we can start wherever you are.
How they work
Warm, understanding, and centered around your needs.
I believe therapy should feel comfortable, genuine, and useful. Together, we will identify what you hope to gain from therapy and explore the emotions, experiences, or patterns affecting your life.
I use an integrative approach, meaning I draw from different therapeutic methods based on your needs, personality, age, and goals. Sessions may include emotional processing, developing coping skills, improving communication, or building a stronger understanding of yourself. Our work will move at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable for you.
