About therapist

Compassionate, individualized care centered around the whole person.

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology in 2021, where my training emphasized humanistic, existential, and phenomenological approaches to psychotherapy within a practitioner-scholar model. I also earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Wayne State University.

My clinical experience includes both private practice and community mental health, allowing me to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of needs and diagnoses. I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, developmental disabilities, emotional and behavioral concerns, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, life transitions, and other mental health challenges. My training also included extensive experience in psychological testing and assessment.

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and individualized. Rather than viewing someone simply through a diagnosis, I strive to understand the whole person—their experiences, strengths, relationships, culture, challenges, and goals. I aim to create a space where clients feel heard and understood while also helping them develop insight, practical coping skills, and meaningful changes that extend beyond the therapy room.

How they work

Warm, collaborative, and tailored to you.

I approach therapy as a collaborative process. We begin by understanding what brings you to therapy, what you would like to change, and what is most important to you. Together, we develop meaningful and realistic goals and adjust our work as your needs evolve.

My style is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and person-centered while still being purposeful and goal-oriented. I draw from different therapeutic approaches based on each client’s individual needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Clients can expect a supportive environment where they have space to process difficult experiences, better understand themselves, build effective coping skills, and work toward meaningful change.
